Replacement Policy

At Leo International, we are committed to delivering high-quality products under our brand Back to Black. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict replacement-only policy to ensure hygiene, safety, and product integrity.

No Return & No Refund
We do not accept returns or offer refunds once a product has been delivered.

Replacement Eligibility
We provide replacement only in the following cases:

Product received is damaged during transit

Wrong product has been delivered

Replacement Request Timeline

Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery

Requests after 7 days will not be accepted

Proof Requirement

A clear unboxing video is mandatory

The video must show the package being opened from the start without any cuts

Claims without proper proof may not be approved

Product Condition

Product must be unused and in original packaging

Opened or used products are not eligible for replacement

Non-Eligible Cases
Replacement will not be provided in the following situations:

Change of mind after purchase

Incorrect usage or handling

Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality
